We are looking for someone with a genuine product mindset — who has experience building and evolving SaaS B2B products, deeply understanding user needs, and transforming complex problems into high-impact solutions. We are not seeking a profile focused exclusively on management, coordination, or project tracking. We seek someone who thinks in terms of product, customers, adoption, value, and outcomes. Your Challenge You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, gaining deep insight into user and customer needs, and leading product evolution from strategy through execution. You will work closely with Technology, Design, and Business teams to ensure every initiative delivers real impact for customers and business results. You will play a key role in defining priorities, validating hypotheses, and building scalable solutions for a continuously evolving SaaS B2B environment. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end product initiatives. Understand real user and customer problems and needs. Translate business opportunities into concrete solutions. Drive Product Discovery processes and continuous validation. Prioritize initiatives based on impact, effort, and strategic alignment. Collaborate with Design and Development to ensure value-driven delivery. Analyze usage, adoption, and business metrics to guide decisions. Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement. Actively contribute to defining and evolving the product strategy. Experience leading product initiatives in dynamic, high-growth environments. Ability to identify problems, formulate hypotheses, and validate solutions. Experience working with product, user, and business metrics. Solid knowledge of Product Discovery, Product Planning, and agile methodologies. Excellent communication and influence skills.
