You’ll operate inside a system producing **high\-volume imagery across global campaigns, product launches, and digital channels**, where speed, precision, and consistency directly impact results. This is where **visual quality meets scale, AI, and execution excellence**. * Retouch and refine high volumes of images with speed and precision * Ensure color accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment across large batches * Perform advanced compositing, masking, and texture correction * Select high\-performing images aligned with brand and campaign goals * Use AI tools to accelerate editing, masking, background replacement, and automation * Deliver production\-ready assets for web, email, social, and campaigns * Collaborate with design, marketing, and creative teams * Continuously improve workflows through AI and automation * 4\+ years of experience in photo retouching (fashion, beauty, or product) * Strong expertise in compositing, color correction, and advanced masking * High proficiency in Photoshop, Lightroom, Capture One, and related tools * Experience working with **high\-volume production workflows** * Comfortable using AI tools for retouching, automation, and image generation * Strong eye for detail, texture, lighting, and visual consistency * Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines * Fluent in English You’re not just editing—you’re **optimizing visual performance at scale**.
