Talent Acquisition** * Lead end-to-end processes for each open position * Ensure response times (SLAs) and communication quality with Hiring Managers * Participate with Hiring Managers in interviews and make informed selection decisions * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in candidate experience * Keep the Teamtailor platform updated * Design disruptive job offers highlighting Global66’s benefits versus competitors * Prepare Offer Letters * Prepare and ensure all necessary documentation for new hires, verifying process accuracy * Conduct Welcome Onboarding **B.
