We seek candidates who identify with and embody our four core values: * 100% Committed * Growth Oriented * Positive Attitude * Solver with Impact **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise the proper functioning of the department, ensuring correct execution of projects and initiatives. * Maintain, design, and drive initiatives that strengthen and bring the company’s culture to life. * Create and coordinate events, celebrations, and activities that foster a sense of belonging and community. * Manage internal communication channels (newsletters, Slack, posters, etc.), ensuring clear messaging aligned with the company’s tone. * Draft and distribute announcements, official communications, and institutional content with impact. * Administer organizational climate surveys and lead certification processes such as Great Place to Work. * Coordinate internal and external training programs, and manage training platforms or tools. * Track development initiatives and measure their impact across the organization. * Serve as the internal reference point for BEON.tech’s values and identity. **Requirements** * 3–5 years of experience in similar roles (Organizational Culture, Internal Communication, HR Business Partner, People Experience, or related fields). * Advanced student or graduate in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, Institutional Relations, or related disciplines. * Advanced English proficiency (mandatory). * Prior experience leading teams or individuals is highly valued. * Experience managing and executing corporate events and employee engagement activities. * Hands\-on profile: someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and execution. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Full-time hybrid availability to work at our Villa Crespo offices, CABA. **Benefits** * OSDE 210 health insurance coverage. * English and Portuguese classes. * Gym membership reimbursement: choose the gym you prefer and BEON will reimburse your membership fee. * On-site massages and reflexology sessions. * Company-provided lunch. * After-work events, activities, and much more!
