If you’re driven, adaptable, and take pride in your work, we’d love to meet you. **Who You Are** * Strong English (written/spoken), detail obsession, and urgency. * 2\+ years of mortgage processing experience in real estate, finance, or banking * Detail\-oriented, clear communicator, and great with follow\-up * Familiar with mortgage documents, credit checks, and file submissions * Thrives in a fast\-paced environment and doesn’t crack under pressure * Proficient in Google Workspace, CRMs, Adobe, and cloud platforms * Solid Google Sheets skills (filters, lookups, data validation). * Quiet workspace, reliable internet \+ backup, and comfort working U.S. hours. **What You’ll Do** * Collect borrower docs: bank statements, property info, LLC docs, LOEs, etc. * Review for completeness and accuracy * Order and review credit/background checks * Communicate with title, escrow, attorneys, borrowers, and appraisers * Coordinate with lenders to move files from submission → underwriting → clear\-to\-close → funding. * Answer post\-close questions and support draw requests **Who This Role Is** ***Not*** **For** * You’re rigid, unreliable, or disorganized * You’re a senior processor, underwriter, or loan officer looking for a lateral move * You resist change or coaching You don’t believe in taking full ownership of your outcomes Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $18,451\.60 \- $27,677\.40 per month Work Location: Remote
