Summary: Seeking a Middle Accountant to ensure smooth, accurate, and compliant Accounts Payable operations, manage vendor payments, and complete SAP closing activities. Highlights: 1. Collaborate in multicultural teams We are hiring a Middle Accountant to help our global shared service Accounts Payable team in Argentina run smooth, accurate, and compliant operations. You will review spend documents, process EPAM vendor payments, and complete SAP closing activities while supporting audits and collaborating with statutory accountants. Apply and help us continue raising the bar **Responsibilities** * Inspect expenditure documentation and confirm the accuracy of accounting information * Manage and run payments to EPAM vendors, including domestic and international wires and batch or individual transactions * Register company expenses according to US GAAP, including accounts payable and banking activities * Perform SAP month\-end closing tasks following established internal procedures * Work with local statutory accountants to sort out bookkeeping matters * Share explanations and supporting records with Senior or Lead Accountants for assigned entities when requested * Respond to internal/external stakeholder inquiries, participate in meetings, and prepare audit documentation * Assist with IT process improvement efforts, identify optimization opportunities, and help test new processes **Requirements** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance * Minimum 2 years of professional accounting experience * Strong MS Office knowledge with advanced Excel for analysis and reporting * Careful attention to detail with a compliance\-first approach * Clear ownership mindset and reliability in handling responsibilities * Ability to adhere to established procedures and internal guidelines * Commitment to continuous learning and improving your skills * Experience collaborating in multicultural teams as a supportive team player * English proficiency at B2\+ (Upper\-Intermediate) level or above, written and verbal **Nice to have** * ACCA or DipIFR certification * SAP experience in accounting\-related tasks * Understanding of Accounts Payable or Treasury operations
