Position Objective: Conduct home medical visits while maintaining the highest quality and service standards, providing differentiated care to our patients. Responsibilities include monitoring the overall health status of patients receiving home hospitalization and following up on their treatment plans. Frequency: Weekly, Biweekly, Monthly. Requirements Clinical medicine experience. CV (front and back). National ID (DNI) (front and back). National Medical License (front and back). Provincial Medical License (if applicable). Professional Medical Degree (front and back). Valid Medical Malpractice Insurance Policy. Proof of Monotributo registration. Criminal Record Certificate.
