You’ll help us improve, innovate, and create new ways of working. **About Our Local Leaf Trainee Program in Salta** Are you interested in gaining in-depth knowledge about tobacco? Do you want to join a development program in **Agronomy, Procurement, and Re-classification**? Our **Local Leaf Trainee Program** is designed for individuals eager to learn and curious about tobacco, agronomy, procurement, and reclassification. **For 12 to 18 months**, you will rotate across different company areas—**Salta and Misiones**—gaining hands-on experience in technical and operational functions. You’ll build a solid foundation to become a future tobacco expert. **What You’ll Experience** During the program, you will: **Rotate across various company functions:** processing, logistics, S\&PD, Procurement and Re-classification, and Agronomy. Work on **re-classification, quality, and blends** as your primary focus. Develop technical, analytical, and business capabilities through **on-the-job learning and formal training.** Participate in **structured rotations** with real responsibilities and project or assignment deliverables at the end of each module. Work on **real business challenges**, collaborating with diverse teams. Throughout the program, you’ll receive **continuous coaching and feedback**, helping you grow both professionally and personally. **Who We’re Looking For** University, tertiary, or technical graduates in Agronomy or related fields. Curious individuals with strong analytical ability and results orientation. Adaptable candidates with flexibility to work from Salta, Jujuy, and Misiones—and who demonstrate interest in fieldwork and rotations. Motivated individuals aiming to build a **specialized career** in the future. ️ Intermediate English level (not mandatory). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel). Up to 2 years of relevant experience (not mandatory). **Your Path After the Program** Those who successfully complete the program—including timely submission of all module deliverables—will, subject to business needs and individual performance, have the opportunity to progress into **specialized roles** within the **Tobacco Procurement and Re-classification** area.
