Work within Filevine or similar case management platforms We are seeking a highly skilled legal drafting professional to support attorneys with substantive litigation drafting. This role goes beyond traditional paralegal duties and is ideal for a law graduate, junior attorney, law clerk, or experienced litigation paralegal with strong motion drafting experience. This is an On site position in Buenos Aires, Argentina. We also have a site available in Cordoba. **Responsibilities:** * Draft litigation documents, including complaints, motions, discovery requests and responses, demand letters, and settlement demands. * Assist attorneys with litigation preparation. * Review and organize case documentation. * Maintain and update case files within the firm’s case management system. * Work within Filevine or similar case management platforms. * Support attorneys through various stages of litigation. **Qualifications:** * Minimum 2\+ years of experience in a U.S. personal injury law firm. * Demonstrated experience drafting motions, discovery, complaints, and demand letters. * Experience working in a legal CRM or case management system (Filevine strongly preferred). * Fluent English (written and spoken). * Strong legal writing skills. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. \#Legal25 Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
