Work with an international team **Location:** Latin America **Working Hours:** 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Florida time (EST) or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Florida time (EST) We are looking for a detail\-oriented and highly organized **Junior Administrative Assistant** to support daily operational and administrative processes for a HVAC company based in Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for an early\-career professional looking to grow within a project\-driven environment while working with an international team. You will support project coordination, reporting, supplier interactions, procurement\-related processes, and documentation management to ensure smooth day\-to\-day operations. Responsibilities * Register and manage company participation on tender and procurement platforms; * Support preparation and submission of documentation for tender participation; * Prepare and track mileage reimbursement reports; * Open and manage supplier credit accounts; * Prepare reports related to tools and equipment usage; * Place and track equipment and supply orders; * Assist in maintaining accurate office and project documentation; * Coordinate with vendors and internal team members; * Support day\-to\-day administrative coordination as needed. Requirements * 1–2 years of relevant experience (administrative support, project coordination, procurement, or similar); * Fluent English (written and spoken); * Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy; * Analytical mindset with ability to work with reports and documentation; * Quick learner who can adapt to new systems and processes; * Strong communication skills; * Proficiency in document management and digital tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Excel, Trello, ChatGPT etc.); * Comfortable working US business hours.
