In this role, you will transform every support interaction and technical solution into more agile, secure, and frictionless experiences. **Responsibilities** * Provide hardware and software support and guidance to business unit users via in-person or telephone contact to resolve incidents or requests. * Assist the Help Desk in resolving issues related to your area by providing information or assistance to collaborate in case resolution. * Install, configure, and manage software and hardware according to requested requirements, adhering to company-defined procedures to ensure information security. * Ensure implementation of information security policies by properly controlling equipment to guarantee compliance with policies. * Assist in managing inventory of new equipment, accessories, and replacement units, tracking obsolete materials using a system (SharePoint) to control assets. * Plan installation tasks for new workstations, replacements, or removals, coordinating with respective departments **Requirements** * ITIL v3/v4 (incident management) * Technical support N2/N3 (diagnosis and resolution) * Advanced Windows operating systems (client/server) * Active Directory * Endpoint management (SCCM, Intune or similar) * Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN – troubleshooting) * Endpoint security (patching, antivirus/EDR) * Basic/intermediate scripting (PowerShell) * ITSM tool proficiency * Tracking metrics, SLAs, and KPIs * Technical documentation and procedure writing **Benefits** Excellent professional development opportunity. ️ Health insurance for you and your family ️Additional vacation days.
