At Talent Solutions, we are seeking Mechanical Technicians and Electromechanical Technicians to join directly the maintenance team of a leading company in the food sector. We are targeting proactive professionals with a strong technical profile and significant experience in industrial production environments requiring high precision, food safety awareness, and strict adherence to operational standards. **Main Challenges and Responsibilities:** Perform general maintenance on all production equipment, services, and civil installations within the factory. Ensure operationally efficient availability of medium-sized machinery and production lines. Strictly comply with the company’s Safety, Hygiene, and Environmental standards. Requirements **Profile Requirements:** **Education:** Completed secondary education (mandatory), with a diploma as a Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Electrical Technician. **Age:** Between 25 and 45 years old. **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years performing general plant maintenance in industrial settings, preferably in the food industry and involving medium-sized machinery. **Mechanical Specialization (Specific Requirements):** Solid knowledge of general mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics. Handling of transmissions (e.g., chain replacement, timing belts) and mechanical frequency converters. Welding and boiler operation. **Electromechanical Specialization (Specific Requirements):** Industrial electricity, transformers, and electrical frequency converters. PLC knowledge and programming. Basic refrigeration (compressors). **Valued Knowledge for Both Profiles:** Application of Food Safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards adapted to the sensitivity of a food environment (e.g., food-grade lubricants, cleaning protocols, zoning, etc.). Basic knowledge of HACCP / FSSC 22000 systems. Forklift operation (desirable but not mandatory). **Residence Area:** Greater Buenos Aires Southern Zone or GBA (up to 15 km distance and/or maximum one hour commute via public transportation). **Required Availability:** Availability to work rotating shifts (mandatory rotation once per week): **Morning Shift:** Monday to Saturday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. **Afternoon Shift:** Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. **Night Shift:** 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM (starting Sunday at 6:00 PM or 10:00 PM, ending Saturday at 6:00 AM).
