Summary: This role involves recruiting technicians for a US-based low voltage infrastructure company and coordinating existing technical staff for projects. Highlights: 1. Work independently with proactive engagement **HR Recruiter / Project Coordinator – 100% Remote** Company: Integrity Systems LLC (USA) Location: Remote (Argentina) Salary: USD $700/month Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM US Eastern Time (approx. 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Argentina time) \-\-\- **ABOUT US** We are a US\-based low voltage infrastructure company: structured cabling, fiber optics, and data center installations. We work on projects across the United States. \-\-\- **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Search for and recruit technicians in the US (installers, cablers, network technicians) via Facebook, job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms * Coordinate existing technicians: assign projects and check availability * Find outside subcontractors when our own team is not available * Maintain and update the technician database * Daily communication with the team and technicians in English \-\-\- **REQUIREMENTS** * Previous experience in recruiting or HR (minimum 1 year) * **Conversational English — spoken and written** * Availability during the schedule listed above * Stable internet connection and your own computer * Organized, proactive, able to work independently without constant supervision \-\-\- **NICE TO HAVE** * Experience working with US or European companies * Knowledge of the construction, telecom, or IT industry * Experience coordinating or dispatching technical staff \-\-\- **WE OFFER** * Fixed salary in US dollars (USD $700/month) * 100% remote, stable long\-term position * On\-time payments via Wise, Payoneer, or another method of your choice Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $1,040,000\.00 per month Work Location: Remote
