Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, stimulating fintech environment Remitee, rapidly expanding fintech company specializing in international payments is seeking a HR Operations \& AI Transformation Specialist. You'll lead the transformation of HR Operations into an agent\-supported model: automated workflows, agents handling repetitive tasks end\-to\-end, and humans focused on what genuinely requires judgment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Map HR Ops processes (payroll inputs, onboarding, offboarding, reporting) and define what gets automated, what gets agentized, and what stays human. * Build and configure agents that operate tasks end\-to\-end with minimal manual intervention. * Own the HRIS as the single source of truth and build people metrics dashboards. * Structure and maintain the knowledge base that powers HR agents (policies, benefits, procedures). **What We're Looking For:** * 2\+ years in operations, business analysis, or a technical role. HR exposure is a plus, not a requirement. * Hands\-on experience with automation tools (Make, n8n, Zapier) and/or AI platforms (GPT API, Claude API, LangChain). * Comfortable with data: advanced Excel or basic SQL, and at least one BI tool. * Able to read and understand basic code (Python or JS) — not a developer, but enough to know what an agent is doing. * Advanced English proficiency. **About Remitee** Remitee is an international, expanding organization with a vibrant culture that sets us apart.
