For a Production Plant in the Metallurgical Industry located in the Industrial Park of Tres Arroyos, Buenos Aires Electromechanical Technician required for: Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities according to maintenance programs, meeting established quality, timeliness, and safety standards in order to guarantee equipment availability and standardization. Certified Education and Knowledge: Electromechanical Technician Desired Skills * Minimum 4 years of verified experience in similar maintenance, manufacturing, assembly, and commissioning work of electromechanical equipment. * Additional studies in Machinery * Basic knowledge of computer tools, Excel, Word, Outlook, maintenance management, electro-pneumatics, hydraulics. * Proven experience in lubrication, handling, inspection, and operation of pneumatic and hydraulic systems. * Demonstrate skill and knowledge in applying welding for maintenance purposes. * Results-oriented, customer-focused, quality-conscious, communication skills, teamwork, planning and organization, problem-solving, analytical ability, and attention to detail. Your capability will be fundamental for: * Performing preventive mechanical or electrical maintenance on company assets. * Documenting the maintenance process according to established standards. * Accurately completing work orders with performed maintenance tasks and delivering them to the scheduler; reporting time spent on tasks, updating the maintenance software to maintain historical records in each machine's lifecycle sheet, and calculating costs. * Carrying out activities following MPS guidelines. * Participating in MPS work teams across different pillars as required, to create and sustain a culture of total productive maintenance aimed at reducing losses. Promote the improvement process * Perform electrical maintenance tasks in compliance with the electrical risk management procedure. * Propose improvements to electrical installations to ensure compliance with procedures.
