Guide development team and ensure high-quality delivery Description Overview We are looking for a Senior React Native Developer to join a new mobile development initiative currently in the discovery phase, expected to start within the next month. This role requires a hands\-on developer with strong technical expertise in React Native, combined with the ability to lead a team, organize the development process, and ensure seamless integration between the mobile application and existing web\-based APIs. Key Responsibilities Design and develop a React Native mobile application end\-to\-end Contribute to technical decisions during the discovery and development phases Lead and guide the development team, ensuring best practices and high\-quality delivery Evaluate and implement integrations between the mobile app and existing web\-based APIs Ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability of the mobile application Manage development flow, priorities, and timelines in coordination with stakeholders Collaborate closely with clients and cross\-functional teams Required Qualifications 5\+ years of experience in software development Strong hands\-on experience with React Native Experience building mobile applications end\-to\-end Experience with Expo Solid experience integrating mobile applications with REST APIs Experience leading or mentoring development teams Strong organizational and self\-management skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Nice to Have Experience working in early\-stage or discovery\-phase projects Familiarity with Agile methodologies Experience working with international teams or clients 5 years
