Participation in user training and onboarding Job Description: DaBrein Solutions is recruiting a Pre-Sales and Process Consultant to join our team, managing implementation and advisory services for new and existing **monday.com** accounts. Our search targets candidates who are either graduates or currently pursuing degrees in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. **Main Responsibilities:** 1\. PRE-SALES * Deliver demonstrations and articulate the value proposition of the Monday.com platform to clients. * Serve as the technical reference during discovery meetings with clients. * Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve opportunity conversion rates. * Participate in client sessions to understand requirements for implementation in monday.com. * Be responsible for designing and preparing internal development quotations. 2\. DEVELOPMENT * Implement configurations defined in the solution design. * Verify and provide support for executed configurations. * Propose improvements or modifications to the base service based on experience gained from implementation projects and each client's processes. * Monitor completed implementations to identify opportunities for deploying new functionalities across other departments. * This role focuses on process analysis and includes dedicated training on monday.com. 3\. TRAINING AND ONBOARDING * Participate in onboarding meetings for new platform users to support their adaptation to the system. * Conduct training sessions for end users on developed processes within the platform. **Requirements** *This position exclusively requires experience/knowledge in:* * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles. * Advanced English proficiency. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint). * Strong communication skills and active listening ability. * Negotiation skills. * Availability to travel for events and client visits. *Desirable knowledge includes:* * monday.com * Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Trello. **Benefits** **What do we offer?** * Hybrid work model: 1–2 days per week at the office (Nuñez \- CABA), remainder remote. * Flexible working hours.
