Work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment **Position Overview:** We are looking for an Immigration Consultant based in Buenos Aires to support corporate and private clients with visa applications, work permits, immigration processes, and travel document requirements. This role involves immigration case management, client communication, document preparation, and coordination with clients, authorities, and external partners, ensuring applications are handled accurately, compliantly, and within required timelines. The successful candidate will manage end\-to\-end immigration cases, provide guidance on immigration requirements and procedures, monitor application progress and deadlines, maintain accurate client records, and support clients throughout the immigration process while delivering a high level of customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, problem\-solving ability, and experience in immigration, client service, administration, or global mobility support, looking to work in a fast\-paced, client\-focused environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Carry out volume casework for assigned countries, including case initiation, case assessment, provision of advice on applicable rules and procedures, case preparation and submission, monitoring progress, and follow\-up on completion. * Act as a dedicated point of contact for clients, providing personalised service and informed immigration guidance in line with best practices and compliance requirements. * Work closely with Network Partners/Attorneys, where applicable, to support client needs, coordinate strategy, review materials, and align on case updates and processing. * Monitor application deadlines and complete assigned work within required timeframes. * Assess client risk and escalate potential issues to senior management in a timely manner. * Monitor visa expiry dates and proactively notify clients of upcoming actions or requirements. * Ensure all client records, correspondence, and supporting documentation are accurately maintained within the case management system. * Ensure all work completed is within scope and billed appropriately, including approval of any additional services or fees where required. * Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive support. * Attend client meetings, telephone and video conferences, webinars, and networking events as required. * Identify and support new business opportunities and contribute to profitable client growth. * Respond to email and telephone enquiries in a timely, professional, and accurate manner. * Research complex immigration scenarios and utilise available resources to support case resolution. * Recommend improvements to work procedures, policies, and systems where appropriate. * Guide and support junior team members where required. * Perform other duties as assigned. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in a related field. * Previous experience in Immigration, Global Mobility, Client Services, Administration, or related areas is preferred. * Understanding of immigration or migration processes and regulations is advantageous. * Strong written and verbal English communication skills. * Strong organizational, time management, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast\-paced environment. * Ability to work with professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality at all times. **About Us** CIBT is the leading global provider of immigration and visa services for corporations and individuals with over 1,400 expert immigration and visa professionals, attorneys and qualified migration consultants located in over 60 offices in 25 countries.
