Joining our Healthcare team is becoming part of a diverse, inclusive and flexible working culture, presenting great opportunities for personal development and career advancement across the globe. **Your Role:** * Monitor and control product plans and sales by country across Bolivia, Paraguay, and Uruguay. * Collaborate with distributors to develop and execute marketing plans tailored to each country. * Engage with internal teams including supply, regulatory, quality, legal, compliance, and finance to support distribution agreements. * Oversee distribution contract generation alongside the legal department. Conduct monthly supply reviews and analyze deviations from operational plans. Analyze P\&Ls by country and business area, ensuring investment control with distributors. * Drive Market Access initiatives and align commercial strategies with company teams. Identify market opportunities and lead commercial development projects with internal departments and clients. **Who You Are:** * You hold a degree in Marketing or Business Administration, with advanced studies preferred. * You bring at least 2 years of experience in commercial management, project implementation, and product launches. * You possess deep knowledge of the industry, market dynamics, and competition. * You have strong managerial and professional experience in your field. * You are skilled in cross\-functional collaboration and strategic planning. * Fluent English is required to succeed in this role. **What we offer:** We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
