




Job Summary: This role is responsible for building and maintaining commercial relationships with an assigned vendor, managing the brand end-to-end to accelerate revenue and profitability. Opportunities for growth and continuous training Build and maintain business relationships with the assigned vendor (Cisco) to achieve optimal financial and channel performance. Manage the Cisco brand end-to-end within TD SYNNEX: plans, programs, portals/tools, partner development, pipeline/forecast, reporting, and activities that accelerate revenue and profitability. Key Responsibilities * Business Plan and Execution: * Manage the vendor’s business plan and its implementation across TD SYNNEX, leveraging Cisco’s strengths and resources. * Align Cisco’s goals and objectives with those of TD SYNNEX to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes. * Define, monitor, and recommend tactical and strategic plans for the Cisco–TD SYNNEX relationship. * Implement business development strategies to increase market share and Cisco portfolio adoption. * Cisco Brand/Operations Management: * End-to-end management of Cisco portals and processes (e.g., CCW, deal registration, quoting), rebates/incentives, and compliance. * Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) and point of reference for Cisco technologies and programs (certifications, specializations, promotions, MDF/Co-op). * Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and performance dashboards (revenue, margin, mix, run-rate, forecast vs. actuals, rebates) for TD SYNNEX and Cisco stakeholders. * Manage forecast pipeline and rebate projections; ensure forecast accuracy and timeliness. * Partner and Ecosystem Development: * Support partners’ progression through the Cisco program (from entry-level to “7 points”), driving certifications, qualifications, and multi-architecture adoption. * Maintain executive-level relationships with focus partners and C-level executives; position the brand and enable commercial motions alongside the AM/sales team. * Recruit and activate new partners aligned with Cisco/TD SYNNEX portfolio and priorities. * Internal Communication and Coordination: * Communicate vendor strategies, benefits, and updates to internal TD SYNNEX teams. * Coordinate cross-functionally with product, marketing, finance, and sales teams (including support in pricing negotiations and market intelligence). * Develop executive financial and marketing presentations (QBRs/MBRs, business reviews, campaigns) summarizing results, insights, and action plans for the TD SYNNEX and Cisco business. * Prepare and manage incremental funding proposals (MDF/Co-op) at the vendor level. * Governance and Results: * Monitor channel KPIs: revenue, margin, forecast accuracy, partner progression, new partner acquisitions, pipeline, and program ROI. * Ensure data quality (CRM/BI data hygiene) and timely delivery of reports and presentations. * Ensure compliance with TD SYNNEX and Cisco policies, processes, and ethical standards. * Participate in QBRs and business reviews with Cisco and internal stakeholders. Requirements * Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience demonstrating comparable knowledge and skills. * Experience: 1–3 years in vendor/channel management, alliances, or related roles in distribution/resellers/integrators. Cisco-specific experience (portals, programs, partner ecosystem) is highly desirable. * Knowledge and Skills: * Strong understanding of vendor/channel management and industry best practices. * Operational proficiency with Cisco processes: CCW, deal registration, quoting, rebates/incentives, compliance. * Analytical capability to build forecasts, model pipelines, and measure KPIs; ability to produce executive reports and analyses. * Experience developing financial and marketing presentations with executive narratives (PowerPoint/Slides) for internal and vendor audiences. * Advanced Excel/Sheets proficiency; BI tool experience (Tableau/Power BI/Looker) and CRM (e.g., Salesforce) are desirable. * Commercial acumen to drive partner opportunities and support deal closures. * Executive-level (C-level) communication and influence, plus cross-functional collaboration. * Advanced Spanish.
