Finally, you'll be our KPI sensei, tracking our mobile performance like a hawk, setting ambitious yet achievable goals, and presenting your insightful dashboards to the big bosses. **Overall you will:** * Work alongside Product and Backend teams throughout the feature lifecycle, from conception to deployment * Break down complex requirements into manageable technical solutions * Transform challenging business logic into clean, understandable code * Design scalable and maintainable architectures for complex features * Create comprehensive technical documentation and architecture guides * Establish documentation standards for code and technical processes * Guide technical decisions ensuring simplicity and effectiveness * Lead code reviews focused on maintainability and performance * Mentor team members on problem\-solving approaches * Track and report on key performance indicators for the mobile team * Implement monitoring systems to measure app performance metrics * Set achievable targets for crash rates, load times, and user engagement * Develop strategies to continuously improve technical KPIs * Present KPI dashboards and insights to management stakeholders **Qualifications:** * Successfully led the architecture of published Flutter applications * \+4 years of experience working with Flutter in production * \+1 years of experience leading teams * Demonstrated ability to refactor complex features into maintainable solutions * Created and maintained shared component libraries used across multiple apps * Established testing strategies resulting in improved app stability * Set up monitoring and crash reporting systems * Implemented complex navigation patterns and deep linking * Optimized app launch time and overall performance * Led technical documentation initiatives that improved team efficiency * Experience mentoring developers and leading technical discussions * Spanish and English proficiency * Strong background in defining and tracking technical KPIs * Experience with data\-driven development and performance optimization **Benefits:** ------------- * Corporate Stipends (via Atlas) * Equipment provided (MacBook Pro) * 15 days of PTO (after your first 6 months) **The Selection Process:** -------------------------- * Silver Recruiter Screen * Silver Technical Interview * Cashea's Head of People Screen * Cashea's Technical Screen * Cashea's Head of Engineering Screen Compensation Range: $50K \- $72K
