Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment We are seeking a detail\-oriented and organized Caregiver Scheduling \& Client Coordination professional to support daily scheduling operations and coordination between caregivers, clients, and internal teams. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate scheduling, timely communication, and efficient coordination to support smooth service delivery. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate caregiver scheduling based on client needs, availability, and service requirements * Assign and update caregiver schedules using scheduling or workforce management systems * Maintain accurate records of caregiver assignments, availability, and schedule changes * Communicate schedule updates, shift changes, and assignments to caregivers and clients * Monitor daily schedules to ensure coverage and address gaps or conflicts proactively * Support caregiver\-client matching based on defined requirements and preferences * Respond to inquiries related to scheduling, availability, and assignment updates * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency and continuity * Escalate scheduling issues, delays, or urgent concerns to appropriate stakeholders * Ensure data accuracy in scheduling systems and maintain updated records **Required Qualifications** * 1–2\+ years of experience in scheduling, coordination, customer support, or operations support * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * High attention to detail and accuracy in data management * Ability to work in a fast\-paced, deadline\-driven environment * Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office * Experience with scheduling, workforce management, or CRM tools is an advantage **Preferred Skills** * Experience in healthcare coordination, staffing coordination, or service\-based operations * Familiarity with shift scheduling tools or workforce management platforms * Strong problem\-solving and critical\-thinking skills * Ability to manage competing priorities effectively **Work Environment** * Remote or onsite depending on business needs * May require flexibility for shifting schedules, weekends, or holiday coverage * Collaborative and fast\-paced operational environment Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo Sueldo: $7,00 \- $8,00 la hora Horas previstas: 40 por semana Lugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
