Let’s see if you have the skills we’re looking for! :)** The candidate we are seeking will assume the role of **Digital Platforms Technical Coordinator** within the **Digital Marketing Team**, overseeing cross-functional coordination of corporate website development and digital assets required to implement Group-wide Digital strategies, managing the WordPress and AWS technology infrastructure, and evolving complex digital ecosystems. This role will play a key part in ensuring alignment among business requirements, technical delivery, and operational reliability—supervising web projects, cloud environments, and high-complexity integrations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate internal and external development teams, ensuring execution quality, adherence to priorities, and alignment with business objectives; * Supervise the development and evolutionary/corrective maintenance of corporate websites and digital platforms; * Oversee frontend development aspects, ensuring solution quality, consistency, and performance; * Plan and monitor technical roadmaps, priorities, timelines, and project deliveries; * Gather and interpret business requirements, translating them into scalable and efficient technological solutions; * Manage and govern cloud infrastructures in AWS and Azure environments, ensuring stability, security, and operational continuity; * Supervise web servers, application environments, system configurations, deployment processes, and coordinate complex integrations across platforms, enterprise systems, APIs, and third-party services; * Ensure adequate levels of security, reliability, performance, and operational continuity; * Define and oversee disaster recovery, disaster management, and business continuity procedures; **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Minimum 10 years of professional experience** in **web development roles** (especially WordPress), with responsibility for **coordinating technical teams and technology vendors**; * Solid knowledge of major Agile and Waterfall methodologies and web ecosystems, including exposure to development and infrastructure aspects; * Experience managing AWS and Azure cloud environments and complex application integrations; * Expertise in managing and supervising web servers and production environments; * Ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels and translate business needs into concrete operational plans; * Familiarity with security, scalability, performance, and business continuity topics, and experience defining and managing disaster recovery procedures; * Analytical, structured, and problem-solving oriented approach; * Strategic vision combined with strong operational capability; **Additional assets:** * Experience managing budgets and project planning * Experience mentoring and developing team competencies **WHAT WE OFFER** * Hybrid work model with up to 10 days per month of smart working; * Corporate Welfare Program; * Flexible working hours; * Opportunities for international career growth; * Meal vouchers; * Internal training programs and learning paths; * A stimulating, innovative work environment attentive to sustainability and Diversity & Inclusion. * A dynamic and passionate team; **OUR VALUES** * **Pursuit of excellence**: We commit to growing larger and more competent every day to be ready to win in continuously evolving markets.
