The position is fully remote and involves close collaboration with the legal team to ensure case information is accurate, complete, and properly documented. ***Note: Please submit your resume in English so we can effectively assess your qualifications.*** **Benefits:** * Competitive salary * Strong support system * Health benefit ($30/month) * Training materials for upskilling are provided * Paid holiday leaves (depending on the holidays that the client observes) * Paid sick leave (sick leave convertible to cash if perfect attendance) * Paid planned leaves **Key Responsibilities:** * **Case Onboarding \& Insurance Support** * Assist with onboarding new cases by collecting, organizing, and entering client and case data into internal systems * Open and manage insurance claims, including calling insurance companies to collect claim details and required information * Draft letters and correspondence using firm\-provided templates, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail * Follow up on outstanding information related to claims, case status, or documentation * **Data Management \& System Upkeep** * Enter and maintain accurate data across the firm’s CMS and CRM systems * Perform routine CRM upkeep, including updating case notes, contact records, and task statuses * Add and maintain other important case\-related data to ensure files are complete and current * Utilize platforms such as CaseSpire and Levitate (email marketing) as part of daily workflows * **Administrative \& Operational Support** * Support internal operations by assisting with routine case support and administrative tasks * Help streamline daily workflows by maintaining organized records and clear documentation * Communicate clearly with internal team members regarding case progress, missing information, or next steps * Perform ad hoc tasks as requested by the client. **Requirements \& Qualifications:** * Previous experience as a legal assistant, paralegal, or similar role preferred. * Strong written and verbal English communication skills * Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive legal information accurately * Comfortable speaking with insurance companies and external contacts over the phone * Ability to follow templates and procedures while ensuring information entered is correct and complete * Proficient with computers and basic office software; ability to learn new systems quickly * Reliable computer and phone required * Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting expectations and deadlines * Two professional references and a valid criminal background check issued within the last 60 days are required for all successful applicants. * Completion of intake paperwork, including submission of a valid tax identification number (e.g., Social Security Number, Social Insurance Number, or the country’s equivalent), is required before onboarding. **Working Hours:** Part\-\-Time (20 hours per week) Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 12:00p.m. or to 1:00 p.m. to5:00 p.m. Eastern Time **Pay:** $400 \+ $30 Allowance per month **About Us:** **MOVE Your Business** is an outsourcing company based in Southern California, dedicated to empowering both businesses and professionals.
