We have experience in offshore team\-building and aim to help businesses leverage global talent. **About This Role:** We’re hiring an AI Training \& Client Success Specialist to support a fast\-growing AI and operations\-focused software company. In this role, you will train customers on how to use AI in their daily work, support client communication in Slack, help solve operational challenges using AI tools, and contribute to ongoing customer success and account support initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct one\-on\-one AI training sessions with client team members using AI and workflow automation tools, helping users apply AI workflows to their actual day\-to\-day work * Monitor client Slack channels, respond to first\-line questions, troubleshoot issues, and escalate more complex concerns appropriately * Support ongoing account management activities, including meeting preparation, follow\-ups, account hygiene in Attio, recurring client check\-ins, and documenting operational insights gathered during client interactions **Training \& Onboarding:** * All hires will complete company\-led onboarding and training before working directly with customers, including: * AI workflow and prompting training * Product and platform training * Coaching and customer communication playbooks * Customer\-facing standards and escalation processes * Shadowed client sessions with leadership **Software/Platforms/Tools:** * Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools * Slack * Attio CRM * Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) * Zoom * Notion (preferred) **Qualifications:** * 2–5\+ years of freelance, remote contractor, customer success, onboarding, training, account management, or client\-facing support experience * C1 or C2 level English communication skills (written and verbal) * Strong customer\-facing communication skills and ability to confidently lead professional conversations and live training sessions * Polished and professional enough to work directly with operators, stakeholders, and business teams * Comfortable explaining technical concepts and software tools to non\-technical users * Hands\-on experience using Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools in day\-to\-day workflows * Strong organization, multitasking, and problem\-solving skills in a fast\-paced environment * Naturally curious and proactive in understanding workflows, operational challenges, and process improvement opportunities * Reliable, self\-directed, and comfortable working independently across time zones **Nice to have:** * Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, operations, supply chain, CPG, or planning environments * Experience training, onboarding, or coaching non\-technical users on software platforms * Familiarity with CRM systems, Slack\-based support, or customer success workflows * Experience working with US\-based teams or clients **Traits \& Standards:** * Professional, polished, and customer\-focused in all interactions * Builds rapport quickly and creates positive customer experiences * Represents the company well during live sessions, Slack communication, and client interactions * Strong accountability, follow\-through, and independent judgment * Comfortable operating independently without constant supervision **Shift Schedule****:** * Monday to Friday, must have partial overlap with US business hours
