Opportunity to participate in continuous improvement initiatives **How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?** ------------------------------------- The RTR general ledger Junior Analyst reports directly to the General Ledger Supervisor. The primary function is to play a pivotal role in supporting the day\-to\-day accounting and financial operations of the organization. The junior analyst will work closely with experienced professionals, gaining valuable insights and hands\-on experience in various aspects of accounting Financial Data Entry and Record\-Keeping: * Accurately enter financial transactions into accounting software. * Maintain organized and up\-to\-date financial records and documentation. * Assist in reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts. * Receive, review and post journal entries received * Prepare monthly journal entries for AL/Airgas entities and business units * Prepare and post journal entries such as standard accruals and ad\-hoc journal entries monthly * Bank reconciliations * Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations * Contribute to achieve the target of the performance metrics * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives **\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_** ------------------------------------------ **Are you a MATCH?** -------------------- 1\. Bachelor or technical degree in Accounting 2\. 1\-3\+ years accounting work experience 3\. Intermediate level computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Access) / Good analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to understand metrics and to present and communicate to all levels of the organization and external customers. 4\.
