We’re totally transforming our business and building our future on and building our future on one clear purpose – to deliver a smoke\-free future. **Role purpose** The P2I Executive supports end\-to\-end Accounts Payable activities for Americas under BPO model, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing while actively contributing to operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives within the Purchase to Invoice (P2I) organization. **Your Day to Day** * Monitor, analyze, and support the resolution of Accounts Payable process and queries. * Perform invoice scanning and support invoice processing activities in line with defined SLAs and control requirements. * Support account analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance. * Actively contribute to efficiency initiatives and participate in P2I projects aimed at process optimization and continuous improvement. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and effective P2I operation. **What we are looking for** * Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable processes (invoice scanning, posting, and account analysis). * Strong knowledge of SAP and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Fluent English, both spoken and written. * University student or graduate in Accounting, Business Administration, or related. * Nice to have: exposure to automation tools or solutions (e.g., process automation, AI). Experience working in a Shared Service Center environment.
