Join us as we go beyond and be part of a team that’s redefining what’s possible. **Role Responsibilities** * Achieve the targets for locations, transactions, and revenue in the assigned region. * Interact with agents, activating and supporting them in the growth of all our products and services, maximizing sales opportunities. * Build strong relationships of trust and fluid communication with clients. You will use your reporting skills to provide weekly reports and competitive analysis. * Manage, control, and supervise all active agents, providing them with the support necessary for their proper operation. * Manage a designated territory within the Northwest Greater Buenos Aires (GBA) region, ensuring effective market coverage and customer engagement. **Role requirements:** * At least two years of sales and B2C experience in retail channels and financial services companies. * Negotiation and teamwork skills. * The work environment requires autonomy and responsibility. * Own vehicle in good condition. Includes a driver's license and vehicle ownership (required). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Work Shift** Western Union values in\-person collaboration, problem solving, and ideation whenever possible.
