




Job Summary: Responsible for acquiring and closing new mid-market accounts in Argentina, managing the entire sales cycle for AI-native recruitment SaaS solutions. Active participation in defining the commercial process You will be responsible for acquiring and closing new accounts in the Argentine mid-market segment — companies with 150 to 600 employees that need to modernize their recruitment process. Your focus is 100% on new business: you generate your own pipeline, manage the full sales cycle, and close deals autonomously. **➡️ Key Responsibilities** * Prospect, qualify, and contact mid-market companies in high-turnover or high-hiring-volume sectors (e.g., retail, fintech, logistics, healthcare, among others). * Manage the full sales cycle: initial contact, product demo, proposal, negotiation, and closure. * Deliver product demos tailored to each client’s specific context and pain points. * Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure a smooth post-closure transition. * Participate in defining the commercial process and provide market feedback to the product team. About the company: Selenios is LATAM’s first AI-native recruitment platform. We help People and Talent Acquisition teams at medium and large enterprises find top candidates faster by automating screening, interviews, and analysis using AI agents. We are in the pre-seed stage with dozens of active customers in Argentina, Mexico, and Spain, backed by funds including Nazca, FJ Labs, and Latitud. We are building our commercial team from the ground up, and this role is part of that core team. * Requirements: Demonstrable experience in B2B sales with successful outcomes and autonomous deal closure over the past 4–5 years.
