This role requires strong financial and business acumen, the ability to build and execute account strategies, and exceptional cross‑functional collaboration. This is a full‑time, office‑based role requiring daily in‑person teamwork.**Responsibilities** -------------------- * Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing sales team. * Create and execute effective account strategies tailored to the restaurant industry. * Identify business opportunities and drive growth across the LATAM region. * Manage and expand relationships with enterprise‑level restaurant clients. * Negotiate complex deals and ensure client satisfaction and retention. * Guide deal structuring and serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders. * Analyze sales data, market trends, and client insights to inform business decisions. * Translate data insights into actionable strategies and recommendations. * Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including product, marketing, finance, operations, and customer success. * Coordinate seamless product updates, implementations, and issue resolution. * Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. * Deliver clear forecasts, status updates, and business presentations. * Support junior Account Executives and share best practices. * Perform successfully under pressure and meet demanding client expectations. **Qualifications** ------------------ * Bachelor’s degree required. * **10\+ years of experience in sales**, ideally in enterprise or B2B environments. * **Mandatory experience in the restaurant industry.** * **Experience selling SaaS products and/or POS systems.** * Proven experience working with clients across the **LATAM region**. * Strong financial and business acumen. * Skilled in analyzing and interpreting sales data. * Excellent negotiation and relationship‑management abilities. * Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Demonstrated leadership and ability to develop teams. * Ability to work under pressure and meet client expectations. * Proficiency with CRM and relevant sales tools.
