Youll play a key role in coordinating distributed development teams, ensuring project success, and building strong, trust\-based relationships with both clients and talent. **What Youll Be Doing** * Managing the full project lifecycle of Staff Augmentation engagements * Acting as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams * Coordinating schedules, deliverables, and priorities with multiple stakeholders * Tracking team performance and ensuring SLA compliance * Working closely with tech leads and recruiters to ensure alignment on skills goals, and expectations * Identifying risks and proactively driving resolution * Supporting team engagement, motivation, and retention **What You Bring** * 4\+ years of experience managing Staff Augmentation projects * Experience working with software development teams * Engineering background or PM certification (PMP, Scrum, etc.) * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Strong problem\-solving abilities and attention to detail * Fluent in English (C1 or C2 level) * Experience working remotely with multicultural team **Perks \& Benefits** * Contractor agreement with payment in USD * 100% remote work * Argentinas public holidays * English classes * Access to learning platforms
