Key Responsibilities: * **Lead Development Projects:** Execute advanced data analysis and build interactive web applications using R and Shiny. * **Statistical Analysis:** Perform sophisticated statistical modeling to uncover insights from complex datasets. * **Data Management:** Design and maintain efficient data pipelines, ensuring high data integrity and performance. * **Application Development:** Write, test, and deploy clean, efficient R code for analysis, visualization, and reporting. * **Mentorship:** Guide junior developers, foster a culture of collaboration, and promote best practices. * **Collaboration:** Work closely with data scientists, business analysts, and stakeholders to design tailored solutions. * **Code Quality:** Conduct peer code reviews and ensure alignment with development standards. * **Documentation:** Maintain detailed documentation of code, methodologies, and workflows. * **Innovation:** Stay current with the latest in R/Shiny and data science trends to drive continuous improvement. Required Qualifications: * **Experience:** 5\+ years of professional experience with R, including building Shiny applications. * **Education:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field. * Technical Skills: + Advanced proficiency in R and core packages (e.g., dplyr, ggplot2, tidyr, etc.). + Strong understanding of statistical modeling and data analysis. + Experience with version control (Git) and SQL. + Familiarity with additional languages like Python is a plus. * Soft Skills: + Excellent problem\-solving and analytical abilities. + Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. + Comfortable working in fast\-paced environments and juggling multiple projects.
