Do you want to be part of the digital transformation and engage in challenging and innovative projects? **What Challenges Await You**: * Install, configure, and upgrade SQL Server software and related products in a Windows environment. * Design, create, maintain, and ensure recoverability of SQL Server databases in a Windows environment. * Allocate system storage and develop plans for future storage requirements (capacity planning). * Establish effective database performance monitoring procedures. * Control and monitor user access to databases and maintain database security. * Provide reliable, recoverable, and scalable database environments to store and integrate company data. * Responsible for 7x24 production database support. * Define and maintain documentation and standards. * Implement Microsoft best practices. * Configure and maintain SQL clusters. **What Will Make You Successful**: * Experience designing and implementing highly available and scalable SQL Server database solutions. * Solid experience in SQL Server database backup and recovery. * Extensive experience with replication and AlwaysOn Availability Groups. * Experience with replication in SQL Server clusters. * Strong proficiency in Windows administration. * Extensive experience in performance optimization. * Experience using SQL Server for monitoring and management. * Advanced English. **A Unique Workplace—Discover the Benefits We Offer You:** Pedidos Ya ‍ ️ Swiss Medical health insurance at no cost for you and your immediate family Connectivity Reimbursement Fully subsidized gym membership Flexible vacation balance Flexible working hours Subsidized certifications Birthday day off Bonuses Accenture Days: 5 additional days off per year.
