Partner with stakeholders to deliver compliant, scalable integration solutions We are seeking a **Lead Integration Engineer** to design, build, and operate secure enterprise integrations across critical business systems and AI platforms. You will guide integration delivery using iPaaS tooling and API\-based patterns while ensuring reliability, governance, and clear documentation. Apply to help scale dependable, compliant workflows. **Responsibilities** * Design integration solutions and define reusable patterns for enterprise connectivity * Build and deploy integrations using Dell Boomi or similar iPaaS platforms * Develop API\-based integrations across internal applications and services * Maintain integrations between SQL Server, ERP/CRM, HR, and other enterprise systems * Monitor integration jobs and resolve incidents to protect data accuracy and system reliability * Implement data mapping, transformation, and workflow automation across systems * Secure API keys, tokens, and credentials using approved keys and secrets management practices * Support integration of enterprise AI platforms and LLM APIs into internal workflows * Apply security standards and data governance controls for sensitive data handling * Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions * Document integration architectures, data flows, and operational runbooks * Validate integrations through testing and support release readiness activities **Requirements** * 5\+ years of experience in integration engineering, application development, or related IT roles * 5\+ years of hands\-on experience with APIs (REST/SOAP) and payload formats such as JSON and XML * Lead\-level experience delivering integrations using iPaaS platforms such as Dell Boomi or similar tools * Strong leadership skills to coordinate stakeholders and drive technical decisions for integration work * Proven project delivery skills across the full integration lifecycle from requirements to deployment * Strong SQL and relational database skills, including querying and troubleshooting data issues * Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in integration environments using logs and monitoring * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills to identify root causes and propose durable fixes * Strong communication skills to explain technical tradeoffs and align cross\-functional teams * English proficiency: B2 Upper\-Intermediate **Nice to have** * Salesforce Integration * OAuth * OpenAI ChatGPT * Anthropic Claude **We offer** * International projects with top brands * Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers * Healthcare benefits * Employee financial programs * Paid time off and sick leave * Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses * Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000\+ courses * Global career opportunities * Volunteer and community involvement opportunities * EPAM Employee Groups * Award\-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn
