We want you to be part of this great team! What are we looking for? We are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join the team of one of our financial clients as the sole infrastructure lead. You will work in a 100% DigitalOcean environment (with occasional interaction with OCI), managing and optimizing our APIs and Laravel web applications, with MySQL and Valkey databases, and repositories on GitHub. Workplace: Puerto Madero, CABA Modality: 100% remote Working hours: Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM – Availability required for incidents outside business hours What will your responsibilities be? * Administer and optimize servers and services on DigitalOcean (and occasionally OCI). * Configure and manage Laravel Forge for deployments and automations. * Implement and manage load balancers for scalability and high availability. * Configure and monitor metrics and alerts using Datadog and other tools. * Manage MySQL databases and caches on Valkey. * Administer Cloudflare: DNS management, rules, and WAF configurations. * Implement and configure secure VPNs with third parties when necessary. * Work with GitHub for deployments and version control. * Ensure security, stability, and performance across the entire infrastructure. * Resolve critical production incidents, even outside working hours. * Document configurations, processes, and changes. What do we require? You must have:* Minimum of 3 years of experience managing infrastructure on DigitalOcean (OCI experience is a plus). * Experience with Laravel Forge and Laravel application deployments. * Solid knowledge of MySQL and caching systems such as Valkey or Redis. * Experience implementing and managing load balancers. * Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog or similar. * Experience managing Cloudflare: DNS, WAF, and security rules. * Experience configuring VPNs and secure tunnels. * Proficiency with GitHub and collaborative workflows. * Strong Linux administration and scripting skills. * Ability to anticipate issues and act proactively. * Commitment and responsibility to handle production incidents outside working hours. Desirable: * Experience in high-availability environments. * Knowledge of application and server security. * Experience with CI/CD and automation. What do we offer? 100% remote work.
