**Position Overview:** We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst to lead and provide support for various applications, including WEBI, Power BI, SSAS Cubes, SAS BRM, and other reporting applications. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage user access, resolve complex issues reported by users, and enhance reporting processes, with 95% of support requests received through ServiceNow. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead user access management and resolve user\-reported issues across multiple applications (WEBI, Power BI, SSAS Cubes, SAS BRM, etc.). * Handle support requests primarily through ServiceNow, ensuring timely and effective resolution. * Collaborate with users to understand and troubleshoot complex issues, ensuring effective communication and resolution. * Utilize advanced accounting knowledge to analyze and interpret financial information (Business Units, Accounts, Departments, etc.) and their structure (tree and node concepts). * Apply logical reasoning and advanced SQL knowledge to understand report structures, data filtering, and optimization. * Leverage Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (Advanced Functions, Pivot Tables), Power Query, and Power BI, to connect data sources, create reports, and automate reporting processes. * Demonstrate strong analytical skills and creativity to troubleshoot and resolve issues, developing innovative solutions when established procedures are lacking. * Communicate effectively with clients to interpret and address their concerns, providing guidance and support even when their needs are unclear. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. * Strong understanding of accounting principles and commonly used financial fields. * Excellent logical reasoning skills and advanced knowledge of SQL. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (Advanced Functions, Pivot Tables), Power Query, and Power BI. * Proven experience in a reporting or analytical role, with a track record of successful project management and user support.
