Responsibilities: * **Client service and advisory:** Provide personalized service to mining companies, understanding their financial needs and offering solutions adapted to each type of business. * **Portfolio management:** Manage and expand the corporate client portfolio in the mining and energy sectors, conducting periodic visits and establishing long-term commercial relationships. * **Financial proposal development:** Develop commercial and financial proposals for mining companies, including products such as loans, financing, insurance, and other banking services. * **Risk analysis:** Conduct risk and feasibility analyses of commercial projects within the mining sector. * **Transaction monitoring:** Supervise and monitor delivered operations and services, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to agreed timelines. * **New business development:** Identify business opportunities in the sector, actively participating in the promotion of the institution’s products and services. Requirements: * Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate commercial roles (mandatory) * Experience in commercial areas related to the Mining Sector Value Chain (desirable). * Residency in Salta Capital with willingness to travel (mandatory) * Graduates in disciplines related to banking business (mandatory), with a relevant Master’s degree (desirable) * Advanced English (desirable) * Communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and negotiation ability. * Proactive profile with customer orientation and capacity to manage long-term relationships. * Knowledge of financial products and banking tools. **Skills:** Banking, Merchandising, Mining
