We deliver high-quality service in the customer's native language, available 24/7. **At Assist Card, we believe teamwork and passion are the keys to delivering the best possible assistance to our customers** We are currently looking for a Senior Technical Analyst to join our Transformation team. **Role Challenges:** * Collaborate with technical teams to define, evolve, and consolidate scalable, efficient, and highly robust system architectures aligned with business needs and industry best practices. * Understand, establish, and formalize customer requirements. * Analyze, specify, develop, and verify customer and/or user requirements. * Produce requirement-specific documentation (PDD) and documentation for the designed solution (SDD). * Ensure deliverables align with customer expectations and project scope. * Identify and analyze potential risks and implement preventive actions. * Detect, as far as possible, any omissions in user requests. * Identify, analyze, estimate, and implement business process automation. * Propose to the customer the solution best suited to the process itself (e.g., RPA; PowerApps, etc.). * Monitor implementation of proposed solutions, collecting key data for measuring process performance. * Propose, implement, analyze, and track core KPIs for each automation initiative to enable suggestions for improvements or workflow changes within current and future processes. **Requirements:** * Advanced or completed studies in fields such as **Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related disciplines.** * Minimum 2 years of experience as an RPA developer (Blue Prism preferred). * Minimum knowledge of software engineering, preferably RPA (Blue Prism), Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder, AI Foundry, etc. * Knowledge of software industry quality methodologies and models. * Familiarity with agile development methodologies. * Proficiency in tools such as Advanced Excel (VBA), SQL Server, Azure DevOps, among others. * Strong analytical, proactive, and autonomous capabilities to comprehensively address potential problems. * Organizational skills, maintaining personal order to facilitate access to needed resources, along with interest in measuring process performance. * Ability to work collaboratively in teams with strong interpersonal relationship management, willingness to share information and knowledge, and openness to considering users' perspectives. ***Benefits*** *Swiss Medical Health Insurance \- Additional days off \- English \& Portuguese language training \- Discounts on educational platforms \- Birthday gift \- Office breakfast: snacks, fruits \- Childcare financial assistance \- Traveler assistance \- Gym discounts* Hybrid model: 3 days in-office / 2 remote\.
