Business process and product development Production Manager (Wedding Photo \& Video) We are a wedding production company based in the USA (California / New York), with 250\+ weddings completed. We are seeking an individual to take full responsibility for production management. Requirements: Experience managing teams You will be responsible for 4 key areas: 1\. Gross margin * Monitor production costs * Manage contractor rates * Optimize expenses without compromising quality * Maintain target gross margin 2\. Contractors (photography / videography) * Identify and select top-performing contractors * Build and maintain a reliable contractor pool * Train and develop contractors to meet our standards * Replace underperforming contractors without disrupting stability 3\. Client outcomes * Ensure projects proceed on schedule without delays * Monitor client satisfaction * Handle challenging cases * Maintain consistent quality standards 4\.
