To ensure a good cultural fit, we seek professionals with the **following skills and experience**: * bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, economics or related filed – an MBA is a plus * 3\-5 years’ experience in management consulting or similar field * advanced or fluent in English * willingness to travel * analytical and problem\-solving skills * capacity to assume and delegate responsibilities in project context * drive for improving and refining methodologies and internal processes * team player and ability to help other professionals develop * flexible in adapting to rapidly changing environments * entrepreneurial spirit * strong sense of service and client orientation * proficient in MS Office tools
