This is a fully remote position, open to candidates located in Latin America, with a strong preference for those based in the Dominican Republic. This role will serve as the main point of contact between our clients (Hiring Managers) and our internal recruiting team, ensuring clear communication, strong relationships, and a smooth hiring process. **Responsibilities:** * Act as the primary liaison between clients and recruiting teams * Build and maintain relationships with Hiring Managers * Gather and clearly define hiring needs and job requirements * Schedule and coordinate meetings and candidate interviews * Conduct secondary candidate screenings to ensure qualification and fit * Ensure candidates meet client requirements before submission * Maintain professional communication with internal and external stakeholders * Support the full recruitment process from intake to placement **Qualifications:** * 1–3\+ years of experience as an Account Manager, Recruiting Manager, or similar role * Excellent to advanced English speaking and writing skills (native or near\-native preferred) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Reliable, responsible, and detail\-oriented * Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment * Strong organizational and time\-management skills **Work Schedule:** * Full\-time, Monday to Friday * 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST **Compensation:** * Hourly rate: USD $6 – $7 per hour, depending on experience and English proficiency (flexible for the right candidate) **Reporting To:** * Chairman / Owner This is a long\-term, full\-time opportunity for a motivated professional looking to grow within an international organization.
