Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Generalist Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment processes, serving as the liaison between recruiting management, hiring managers, and USA-based hiring teams. You will work daily with the client’s recruitment team, focusing on searches for USA-based roles. This role serves as the liaison between recruiting management, hiring managers, and USA-based hiring teams, leading end-to-end recruitment processes. **Responsibilities:** Position requisition gathering in collaboration with Hiring Managers Active sourcing via job portals, social networks, and databases Candidate screening, interviews, presentation, referral, and follow-up End-to-end coordination of the onboarding process (pre-employment medical exams, psychometric assessments, employment modality, personnel files, etc.) Search status tracking and reporting Direct contact with various stakeholders At ITSM Consulting S.A., we are looking to onboard a Senior Generalist Recruiter for a project (3 months) assigned to one of our clients in the energy sector. Requirements +3 years of experience in generalist recruitment Experience leading end-to-end recruitment processes Advanced English (daily oral and written use) – mandatory Strong communication skills Teamwork and results orientation Proactivity and autonomy to manage multiple processes simultaneously Benefits **Work Model:** Remote \+ flexibility to attend offices when necessary (Callao and Corrientes, Microcentro) **Schedule:** Full-time \| Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM **Duration:** 3-month project (with possibility of extension to 6 months) **Engagement Type:** Contractor
