Support attorneys with case preparation and settlement documentation **Responsibilities:** * Handle pre\-litigation personal injury cases from intake through settlement * Collect, review, and organize medical records and bills * Draft comprehensive demand letters * Communicate with clients, adjusters, and medical providers regarding case updates * Maintain organized case files in Google Drive * Support attorneys with case preparation and settlement documentation **Qualifications:** * Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a personal injury paralegal (pre\-litigation required) * Strong understanding of personal injury procedures and terminology * Have experience working remotely with U.S.\-based law firms * Can manage multiple cases efficiently * Excellent demand writing and case management skills * Proficiency with Google Workspace * Mac user preferred * Strong attention to detail, initiative, and communication skills Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: $6,000\.00 \- $8,000\.00 per hour Experience: * California Personal Injury: 2 years (Required) Work Location: Remote
