Position Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to independently perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks across multiple branches. Key Highlights: 1. At Kansai, we are looking for a Maintenance Technician to autonomously carry out preventive and corrective maintenance across various disciplines, ensuring necessary follow-up across all company branches. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Periodic inspections to identify preventive maintenance needs for facilities (sanitary equipment, painting work, lighting issues, air conditioning units, general furniture). * Management and follow-up of incidents reported by your direct supervisor. * Basic electrical work (220V): Replacing light fixtures, power outlets, circuit breakers, and fault detection; identifying short circuits. * Assembly and carpentry: Repairs involving drywall construction (Durlock), adjustments to openings, and basic metalwork; painting repairs, light masonry, and aesthetic finishing. * Sanitary and gas installation repairs: Fixing leaks, replacing faucets, unclogging drains, and thermofusion. * Accompanying external service providers (painters, electricians, plumbers, gas fitters, etc.) as required for work supervision. **Experience and Knowledge:** Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles (building maintenance, condominiums, SMEs, or corporate environments). Solid practical knowledge in electricity, and additional expertise in plumbing, painting, and drywall (Durlock). **Desired Competencies:** Methodical and organized. Proactive. Dynamic. Detail-oriented with strong emphasis on work quality. Good interpersonal skills (internal clients). Problem-solving oriented—capable of resolving issues immediately. Strong sense of responsibility. **Requirements** * **Academic Qualification:** Completed secondary education. Preferably with technical training in electricity, plumbing, gas fitting, painting, or construction management. * **Residence Location:** Must reside in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires or the Greater Buenos Aires (GBA) Western Zone. * **Exclusive Availability:** Available Monday through Friday, 8:00–18:00, and Saturdays, 8:00–13:00. On-call duty availability required.
