About the Role As a Lead Manager, you will assist with contacting potential clients and help facilitate the early steps of the sales process. Supports lead follow\-up processes and assists with passing information to and setting appointments for the sales team. Key Responsibilities * Support outreach activities to new leads using phone, email, and CRM systems. * Qualify and nurture leads through the early stages of the sales pipeline. * Support data entry tasks related to lead information as needed. * Follow established outreach processes provided by the sales and marketing teams. * Respond quickly and positively to inbound inquiries. * Maintain professionalism and clarity when completing communication tasks. Who You Are * Completes communication tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. * Motivated by clear objectives and a structured approach to completing work. * Provides support on task execution as needed. * Clear and effective in both written and verbal communication. * Performs well in structured environments with clearly defined responsibilities.. Requirements * Experience in lead generation, inside sales, or customer\-facing roles. * Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills. * Experience using CRM platforms like Salesforce, Resimpli, or similar. * Assists with lead\-related tasks and general administrative support, as directed. * Assists with responsibilities based on role requirements. Preferred Qualifications * Prior experience in a high\-volume sales or marketing environment. * Exposure to B2B or real estate/investment sectors (if applicable). * Familiarity with sales engagement and automation tools.
