Description

Summary: This is a full-stack Amazon operator role with team lead responsibilities, focusing on end-to-end strategy and execution for multiple client brands. Highlights: 1. Owns full Amazon P&L and resolves operational issues for client brands 2. Drives new product launches and leads Amazon Ads strategy 3. Mentors team, builds SOPs, and identifies expansion opportunities **Read this part first** If your Amazon experience is primarily Sponsored Ads / Quartile / PPC platform work, this role is not for you. We have plenty of PPC strength on the team. What we need is the person who can run **everything else** too: catalog governance, Brand Registry conflicts, A\+ and Storefront direction, FBA inventory health, account suspensions, listing suppression recovery, launch sequencing and *then* lead PPC strategy on top of that. This is a full\-stack Amazon operator role with team lead responsibilities. It will fail you if your experience is shaped narrowly. **About the Role** As Lead Amazon Account Manager at ScaledOn, you will own end\-to\-end strategy and execution for **4–6 client brands simultaneously**. You are the senior person on the account the one our PPC Specialists, VAs, and Amazon Managers escalate to, and the one our clients trust to run their entire Amazon presence as if it were your own brand. You move fluently between Seller Central and Vendor Central, you have built launches from listing draft to first 100 organic orders, and you have personally fought Amazon Support for things that mattered. PPC is one of the levers you pull, not your whole job. **Responsibilities** * Own the full Amazon P\&L for each of your client brands — revenue, contribution margin, ACOS, TACOS, CPO, organic rank, and account health, all of it. * Diagnose and resolve Seller Central / Vendor Central operational issues: account suspensions, listing suppressions, Brand Registry conflicts, variation structure failures, IPI scores, FBA shipment issues, A\+ violations, support case escalation. * Drive new product launches end\-to\-end: keyword research, listing/SEO direction, parent/child variation strategy, review generation approach, ranking goals, sequencing, and launch budget. * Lead Amazon Ads strategy across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Amazon Attribution including Quartile rule design, override decisions, and validation against business outcomes (not just platform metrics). * Build weekly reporting narratives that connect actions to results to next steps, in plain English a client CEO would understand. * Lead client strategy and performance calls with US\-based stakeholders. You set the agenda, you frame the data, you own the room. * Mentor and lead Amazon Managers, PPC Specialists, and VAs assigned to your accounts. Create and enforce SOPs. * Identify expansion opportunities — international Amazon, Walmart, additional categories — and own the path to execution. **Required experience (proof\-of\-work, not years)** *To pass this stage, you need to be able to point to specific examples for each:* * You have personally led recovery of an account suspension, listing suppression, or Brand Registry conflict. * You have personally cleaned up a parent/child variation structure across 10\+ ASINs to fix groupings or restore reviews. * You have personally launched at least three new products from draft listing to organic page\-1 ranking in their primary keyword. * You have personally operated both Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts. * You have personally read FBA Inventory Performance / Storage Limit / Restock reports and acted on them in the last 90 days. * You have personally led Amazon Ads strategy using Quartile or a comparable platform — including overriding the algorithm when you were right and it was wrong. * You have personally led weekly client strategy calls with US\-based stakeholders. * You have personally built and enforced SOPs for an Amazon team. * Expert\-level Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, data cleaning, building reporting models). * Excellent written and spoken English (B2/C1\); confident running strategy calls. **How you use AI** You treat AI and automation as force multipliers. You can show us at least one real workflow you use weekly: a Custom GPT, a Claude project, a script, a Zapier/Make flow, a bulk\-sheet automation that has materially saved you time. We will ask you to describe it specifically. Generic "I use ChatGPT for copy" answers will be deprioritized. **You are NOT a fit if…** * Your Amazon experience is primarily ads / PPC. (We need a full\-stack operator. PPC is one piece of the role.) * Your marketplace experience is primarily on Shopee, Mercado Livre, eBay, Walmart, or another non\-Amazon platform — even if you also touch Amazon. They do not transfer in the ways that matter. * You have worked at an Amazon ad\-tech vendor (Quartile, Pacvue, Perpetua, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.) but have not personally operated end\-to\-end client Amazon accounts that included catalog, ops, and account health work. * You are uncomfortable with deep account ownership over breadth; this role goes deep on 4–6 brands, not shallow on 20\. * You are uncomfortable with time tracking (Hubstaff), structured weekly reporting, or being on US\-time client calls. * $20–$25/hr USD as a contractor isn't a rate you can accept. We're transparent about this upfront so neither of us wastes time. **About ScaledOn** ScaledOn is a fully remote ecommerce growth agency. We are entrepreneurs first and marketers second. We have built and scaled our own brands, and we run client accounts the way we ran our own: with profit\-and\-margin discipline, full\-funnel tracking, and AI\-powered execution layered on real human judgment. This is an independent contractor position. Compensation is **$20–$25 USD per hour**, roughly 40 hrs/week, paid as a contractor invoice. We are currently only hiring from **the Philippines and LATAM.** Working hours must overlap at least 4 hours/day with US Eastern time for client calls. Hiring includes assessments and a multi\-week paid trial period to ensure mutual fit. We use Hubstaff for task\-level time tracking. It is how we keep workloads fair across a global team and how we earn our clients' trust on billing. Perks include certifications, annual performance bonuses, individual career\-growth planning, paid time off, and summer Fridays. Job Types: Full\-time, Contract Pay: $27,700\.00 \- $34,600\.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
