This is a part\-time role focused on ensuring orders move smoothly through the fulfillment process, coordinating closely with third\-party logistics providers (3PLs), fulfillment centers, and internal teams to resolve operational issues and provide a seamless customer delivery experience. **Location** Fully remote position within LATAM. **Contract Duration** Fixed\-term contract of **5 months**. Part\-time schedule of approximately **25 hours per week**, with required availability during weekday early\-morning EST hours, including a core schedule of **5:00–9:00 AM EST**. **Language Requirement** Advanced English (**C1**). **What you'll do** * Manage customer orders throughout the fulfillment process, from order distribution through delivery. * Coordinate daily with fulfillment centers and 3PL partners regarding order volumes, operational issues, and fulfillment plans. * Serve as a key point of contact for fulfillment partners. * Monitor fulfillment KPIs and identify opportunities to improve operational performance. * Manage order queues and ensure orders are distributed according to established fulfillment rules. * Coordinate product substitutions when needed and ensure compliance with internal policies. * Track operational data, identify potential issues, and proactively support resolution. * Partner with Logistics to monitor carrier performance, delivery timelines, and network issues. * Collaborate with Customer Support, Customer Experience, and other internal teams to resolve fulfillment and logistics issues. * Support inventory monitoring to help maintain adequate product availability. **What you'll bring** * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Excellent communication skills and advanced English proficiency. * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple operational priorities. * A proactive and flexible mindset, with the ability to respond effectively to unexpected situations. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel**. * Availability to work approximately **25 hours per week**, including the required **5:00–9:00 AM EST weekday schedule**. **What will make you stand out** * Previous experience working with **3PL providers**. * Experience in **e\-commerce, direct\-to\-consumer, fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain operations**. * Familiarity with inventory management or order management systems. * Experience tracking operational KPIs and improving fulfillment processes. * Exposure to quality assurance or cost optimization initiatives. * Experience collaborating with technical or engineering teams to improve operational tools. **Why EX Squared?** At EX Squared, we believe in building strong, collaborative teams that create meaningful impact.
