Collaborate with team members on research projects * Conduct field research and collect data on marine species, habitats, and ecosystems * Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and patterns * Prepare reports and present findings to clients and stakeholders * Collaborate with team members to design and implement research projects * Maintain and calibrate research equipment * Participate in field expeditions and data collection trips * Stay up\-to\-date on current research and industry developments * Assist with grant writing and funding proposals * Contribute to the development of new research methodologies and techniques Qualifications: * Master's or PhD in Marine Biology, Oceanography, or related field * Minimum of 3 years of experience in marine research and data collection * Strong knowledge of marine ecosystems and species identification * Proficient in statistical analysis and data interpretation * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work independently and in a team environment * Experience with grant writing and funding proposals is a plus * Willingness to travel and work in remote field locations * SCUBA diving certification is preferred
