Develop and implement best practices for management and/or maintenance. * Provide asset performance advice for planning purposes. * Negotiate with external customers and suppliers. * **Facility Maintenance:** manage, coordinate, and ensure the preservation of all buildings, including their maintenance, construction, modifications, and optimal use of facilities. **Requirements** \+ 5 years of experience, advanced skills and knowledge in property and facility administration.
