Contribute to improving patients' lives worldwide **Description** **You are the first to roll up your sleeves and work with relentless energy until you solve the unsolvable, beat the unbeatable and come out on top.** In this role, you’ll join the R\&D Advisory Group within Syneos Health Consulting where you will help make life science R\&D organizations and operations more efficient and effective across research, clinical, regulatory, quality and pharmacovigilance. As an R\&D Associate Consultant, you’ll help organizations in times of change whether that’s a change in operating model, strategy, processes, technology, or a combination of these. You will: * Work with senior customer stakeholders to comprehend the customer’s business goals, processes, operations, and expectations * Clearly define opportunities to deliver value to the customer by executing management consulting projects * Develop customer proposals, demonstrating a clear understanding of the needs and objectives, approach and solution, plus the commercial construct to deliver projects * Develop engagement strategies and present findings and recommendations to team members * Plan and lead the execution of project engagements * Conduct quality management oversight of project deliverables * Develop content to leverage in business development opportunities with prospective customers * Actively build a network of potential customers by utilizing social media, attending seminars and conferences, and through referrals **Essential Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or business * Consulting management experience in the life sciences, pharmaceutical/biotech consulting, or equivalent industry * Experience working in one or more R\&D operational roles either in industry or consulting * Engagement management experience * Strong presentation and business development skills **Desired Requirements:** * Master’s degree in life sciences or business At Syneos Health, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace.
